For tubes of 1"(26mm) to 4"(104mm) bore. For hand use only. Orthodox brush which can be used for hand rodding pruposes for light scale removal. Available in various fills.

This brush has a very strong scouring action indeed and is much in demand by some Sugar Mills. Rapidly cleans and polished all types of STRAIGHT tubes leaving an excellently burnished surface. It is filled with 20g crimped wire as a standard. Available in tube sizes 22mm to 102mm internal diameter.

A robustly made brush, double filled, for prolonged cleaning work in STRAIGHT tubes. Various grades of filling can be made available, in lieu of the normal 30g wire. Effective working diameters are between 19mm and 76mm.

This design of brush is used mainly for light brushing and polishing of tube surfaces in all types of tubular plant and is particularly useful for CURVED tubes. LIGHT pattern filled with 32/33g or 30g FINE wire and HEAVY pattern ,  filled with 27g crimped wire. Made in all sizes between 12mm and 76mm diameter in the LIGHT pattern and 38mm to 102mm diameter in the HEAVY pattern.

Semi blocked tubes are easily cleared by this useful range of tools. Although ideal for normal cleaning of straight tubes within the range of sizes stipulated, they are used for opening up larger diameter tubes that are heavily scaled.

As the Standard D.S. Brush but filled with small diameer coil spring inserts. For use only in severe conditions.

Blocked tubes are always a problem. The D.B. Drill is very effective in straight tubes. The cutting edges of this tool can be tipped if required, for faster drilling and longer life. Avalable size from 20mm to 45mm.

By far the most popular tool with SUGAR MILLS for the rapid and safe removal of hard linings of scale up to say 1.60mm thick in EVAPORATOR and JUICE HEATER tubes in one pass. Fast and effective, and equally safe in Brass or Copper tubes. Supplied in range of tube bore sizes from 29mm to 57mm inclusive.
